  Renhet och trävlig personal - Jag bokade sent så jag fick ett mkt bra (nedsatt) pris på den lägenhet vi valde. Hotellet och området hade basic/lågprisatmosfär, med fler take away-ställen än vanliga restauranger. Bussen stannade utanför dörren, jättesmidigt. Personalen och vår gulliga städerska var ovanligt behjälpliga. Vi trodde att vi skulle städa... vad folk säger » /diska själva eftersom vi hade lägenhet men det behövde vi inte.

  Vi fick enkelt byta rum när vi inte gillade det första. Inget krångel, flöt på bra. Trevligt personal. - Bra läge för denna tid på året, dvs ej badsäsong. Nära till det mesta.

  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... vad folk säger » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme. La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel. Le comfort, l'équipement et l'espace du studio (en fait un réel appartement avec chambre séparée). le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... vad folk säger » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
