  The staff was super kind and helpful, both the woman who helped us enter one night we forgot the access code (OPS!) and Mr Joseph at reception, who helped us arrange a really last minute tour for Gozo/Comino and gave us great advices and indications every morning.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... vad folk säger » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme.   Läget, vänlig personal. - Jag gillade att för ett mycket rimligt pris kunna boka ett rum/en studio med kök. Dessutom fick jag balkong och utsikt över havet, pool och ön Gozo. Rummet var mycket rent och välstädat. Köket innehöll allt det man behöver såsom ren handduk, disktrasa och diskmedel, dock ingen kaffekokare eller baskryddor.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
