  This was a great place to stay. I was recommended Palazzo Citta Valletta by a friend who had stayed there a couple of years ago. We stayed in the Garden Suite on the ground floor which opens out onto the Pallazzo's courtyard where you can dine outside if you to use your self catering facilities. It was very quiet being so sheltered. We visited ... vad folk säger » at the beginning of June, the weather was perfect (mid 20s all week) and the apartment was always a comfortable cooler temperature. The architecture i - Franck was hands down the highlight of our stay, extremely attentive, generous with his time, ready to play concierge if need be, and a marvelous point of entry into Maltese history and culture. We'll never forget his invitation to a glass of wine in his beautifully appointed apartment, where the history of the Knights of St. John seeps through the walls.   IL-GIRNA Residence is a Guest House with 5***** Attitude and Service Marie, the owner, with her warm freindly personality, couldn't do enough for her guests. She made you feel like it was your home too. Room cleaned daily, towels changed daily, Bed sheets changed every 2 days. Fridge Freezer on each floor for Guest use. Marie will do her best to order anything her customer needs, bike's, car hire, boat trips - Il-Girna II Residence is situated in a quiet location with ample parking space around. One has the possibility of going for a walk with breathtaking views of the countryside or else head towards Ta' Cenc cliffs, both of which are advisable to wear comfortable footwear. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and kids are made to feel at home. We had two rooms, both spacious and immaculately clean but one of them needed some minor repairs.   It's a lovely place, with lots of space, several bathrooms and toilets, lots of towels, bedside lamps that made reading in bed a delight (and comfy beds). Beatiful terrace with a nice pool (a bit cold during our stay). It is a short walk into Xaghra centre where there are food shops (at least one of which will deliver food), restaurants. Post offi... vad folk säger » ce etc. On the way one passes both a letter box and recycling bins. Easy to park your car on the street, but I think that there is also a garage space - The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight. We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.

  Club Salina Wharf ligger i centrala Qawra, 5 minuters promenad från en stenstrand. Här finns både inomhus- och utomhuspooler. De rymliga och bekväma lägenheterna har luftkonditionering och ett vardagsrum med kabel-TV. Alla har ett kök med mikrovågsugn och vattenkokare samt ett badrum med hårtork. Många har en balkong.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... vad folk säger » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme. La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel. Le comfort, l'équipement et l'espace du studio (en fait un réel appartement avec chambre séparée). le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant. Le rapport qualité prix du logement L'agrément de l'ensemble de l'hôtel : piscines, jardin ... Nouas avons été ravis de notre séjour au Club salinas warf !
