  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for.
