  The staff were fantastic all very friendly and were very helpful. The swimming pools were great and they also have a adult only pool the restaurants are great but expensive they first have me room 109 and it smelt of damp and had damp patches on ceiling,they then moved me to 519 sea view this one was better but still very old. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from all of the staff throughout the hotel, lovely, well maintained and very spacious outdoor areas, the food was excellent and there were plenty of choices in all the restaurants and bars.   Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price.   Personalens stora vilja att vara oss som gäster till lags, alla önskemål jag hade gällande min grupp om nio personer fungerade klanderfritt, och det var några snabba utflykts ock restaurangideer som kunde fixas till med någon timmes varsel.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel.
