  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The breakfast buffet was outstanding, one of the better ones we've had! The personnel were extremely nice and the service was outstanding. We got an outstanding deal on our room, as well. We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full. The proximity to local shops was convenient after we found a shortcut through... vad folk säger » an undeveloped lot. This was our third visit in just under a year so we wouldn't keep going if we didn't like it.Living in Gozo it just gives us a change for a few days The food is very good and now there is a better selection of TV channels it is better for us as we only go out mornings and stay in room the rest of the day.

  Very friendly staff - For the price we paid, we were very pleased with the room. Also the breakfast was good and anything that wasn't on the buffet was provided for if requested.

  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.
