  We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  Staff is helpfull and very friendly, perhaps like the most of Maltese people-the best people of Mediterranean I think so. Location is one of the best on Malta, famous touristic place and just 20 minutes away by bus from the best beach on Malta( Melieha of Gadira bay) The breakfast and dinner are very good. - Good and accurate personel. price/qual... vad folk säger » ity ratio is very good. We had a poolside room, where also the entertainment took place. Not a good idea if you want to go to sleep earlier as 23:30 hrs, but nice if you like this. We had to leave at 4:30 Hrs from the hotel and the receptionist gave us a wake up call.

  Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more. First we got a room on the 1st floor facing to a wall, then - after realizing we don't really like it - they offered another one on the 4th floor with sea view.

  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel.   Our plane was 5 hours delayed. So, I would arrive at the hotel after midnight. I was worried. I phoned to the hotel in Malta, and it was just no problem. The lady even wanted to inform the company, where I had booked the transfer from the air port to the hotel. Very friendly. I did not have to worry. Our apartment had no sea view, only to the very small inner yard, but we got it for very good price, and we needed it just for sleeping and preparing and eating our breakfast. The restaurant was very pleasant too, good service, fantastic picas! Very pleasant staff.
