  Renhet och trävlig personal - Jag bokade sent så jag fick ett mkt bra (nedsatt) pris på den lägenhet vi valde. Hotellet och området hade basic/lågprisatmosfär, med fler take away-ställen än vanliga restauranger. Bussen stannade utanför dörren, jättesmidigt.   I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for. As a lover of cinema I was in heaven going to the cinema just next door to the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Huge thanks particularly to Lizzie (reception, lots of helpful tips and recommendations), Barbara (ever smiling, breakfasts cooked to order - brilliant!) and Milka (who looked after our room ... vad folk säger » very well). Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone
