  I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for. As a lover of cinema I was in heaven going to the cinema just next door to the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. The room we stayed in was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. I liked also that we had WiFi free, the connection - we had a great time there. people in reception were really helpful ! room is clean, breakfast and bars are very nice as well! have to mention the spa place,wonderful experience! because it was our first to visit Malta, I would like say a thanks to Robert who works for tourist information in lobby. he gave us many good advices and even helped me booked two day tour and some dinner table.Thank you very much Robert! the 3rd day we stayed was my birthday, I didn't expect InterContinental doing a

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial.

The swimming pools were great and they also have a adult only pool the restaurants are great but expensive they first have me room 109 and it smelt of damp and had damp patches on ceiling,they then moved me to 519 sea view this one was better but still very old. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from all of the staff throughout the hotel, lovely, well maintained and very spacious outdoor areas, the food was excellent and there were plenty of choices in all the restaurants and bars.   It was really, really cheap.. The manager was amazing and nice and extremely helpful with times of check in and check out. The shuttle there was on time both to pick us up and drop us off. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it. Staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice and lots of choice. We liked the idea of the security system they have for the lifts very clever - made us feel extra safe and also that the in-room safe was large enough for not on
