  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   Very comfortable, modern and spacious room with excellent facilities including TV with range of channels including main English TV channels and free wifi. Hotel lobby also has Macs to use for free and a library with books you can loan. The hotel offers free underground parking which was brilliant since we hired a car and there are not too many spaces ava - The Pool area on the roof was fun. The rooms were lovely clean and fresh. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it. Staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice and lots of choice.   We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Huge thanks particularly to Lizzie (reception, lots of helpful tips and recommendations), Barbara (ever smiling, breakfasts cooked to order - brilliant!) and Milka (who looked after our room ... vad folk säger » very well). Excellent location. Very pleasantly surprised that the 'room' we booked turned out to be a very modern mini suite with separate lounge / k - I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.   John and Dee were very accommodating and made me feel at home straight away. I arrived after midnight but was still warmly welcomed. There was a tv in the lounge/breakfast area (which was very characterful and inviting) with hot drinks facilities available. The whole place was clean and had a lot of charm and character, and the facilities all work... vad folk säger » ed. As a solo traveller on this occasion it was great to be able to chat with other guests at the breakfast table. John could provide very useful loca - Knights in Malta is a beautiful old property with lovely designed spacious rooms. John and Dee are very friendly and made the stay quite special by e.g. serving malta specialities for breakfast. Naxxar is a great location for exploring Malta as nothing is further then 30min away. We had a small car and could explore the whole island easily. Also most of the good dive shops and dive sites are only 15min away. We definitely recommend this as the place to stay for your holiday in Malta

  Bra läge. Rymliga rum. Bra betjäning - Det är skönt att bo i lägenhet under sin vistelse. Det var stort och rymligt, vi hade en härlig altan att tillgå. Lägenheten låg nära "city". Städningen var bra under vistelsen, det byttes lakan, sopor bars ut och toaletten städades så det var bra. Dom flesta av personalen var glada och trevliga
