  Renhet och trävlig personal - Jag bokade sent så jag fick ett mkt bra (nedsatt) pris på den lägenhet vi valde. Hotellet och området hade basic/lågprisatmosfär, med fler take away-ställen än vanliga restauranger. Bussen stannade utanför dörren, jättesmidigt.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.   I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The breakfast supplies were an added bonus as were the computer and wifi access. The apartment is situated very conveniently.   I stayed at the Sally Port self- catering apartments for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere quiet yet close to Valetta and its tourist attractions. The Sally Port Apartments in Senglea were a perfect choice for me. There are a no. of very good local restaurents close by on the Senglea waterfront. Travel to Valetta i - We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer. The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.   Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   Location! We booked Grand Harbour view room and it was fantastic experience to see the "stories" and ships from our french balkony, or from directly our bed!!! every morning and evening. + It was close to all (Valetta is very small) + We could easily parking directly in front of the hotel. + The sound of gunfire clearly prevailed as the Grand Harb... vad folk säger » our water surface intensified it. Reception staff went above and beyond the call when my wife fell ill late at night. They rang around for a doctor then organised a taxi to take us to the medical centre and then organised our trip back. A friendly homely hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Off season renovations are underway should be a cracker of a hotel when these are finished. Good old fashioned service and just a short stroll to the centre of historic Valletta. Highly recommend.

  We´ve stayed for 3 nights at Sally Port City Pads. It is perfectly located, just 5 minutes from the centre, but in a quiet backstreet. It’s a nice old building, but the apartment is tastefully decorated and with modern interior. Liliana (the owner) was just great. Quality and price are absolutely worth a visit. - The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus. We were given a warm welcome by the owner, Liliana who was just lovely and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time in Valletta and hope to visit Sally Port City Pads in the not too distant future.
