We´ve stayed for 3 nights at Sally Port City Pads. It is perfectly located, just 5 minutes from the centre, but in a quiet backstreet. The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus.
