  I stayed at the Sally Port self- catering apartments for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere quiet yet close to Valetta and its tourist attractions. The Sally Port Apartments in Senglea were a perfect choice for me. The apartments are in a recently restored traditional maltese house with super views of Valetta and its surrounds across the harbour from ... vad folk säger » the second floor terrace (especially at night). There are a no. of very good local restaurents close by on the Senglea waterfront. Travel to Valetta i - We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer. The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.   Location! We booked Grand Harbour view room and it was fantastic experience to see the "stories" and ships from our french balkony, or from directly our bed!!! every morning and evening. + It was close to all (Valetta is very small) + We could easily parking directly in front of the hotel. + The sound of gunfire clearly prevailed as the Grand Harb... vad folk säger » our water surface intensified it. As if they were in Suleiman's army again and shooting at forts. It was very interesting to wake up at 8am gunfire an - Views of the Grand Harbour could not be bettered. Reception staff went above and beyond the call when my wife fell ill late at night. They rang around for a doctor then organised a taxi to take us to the medical centre and then organised our trip back. A friendly homely hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Off season renovations are underway should be a cracker of a hotel when these are finished. Good old fashioned service and just a short stroll to the centre of historic Valletta. Highly recommend.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The breakfast supplies were an added bonus as were the computer and wifi access. The apartment is situated very conveniently.   Renhet och trävlig personal - Jag bokade sent så jag fick ett mkt bra (nedsatt) pris på den lägenhet vi valde. Hotellet och området hade basic/lågprisatmosfär, med fler take away-ställen än vanliga restauranger. Bussen stannade utanför dörren, jättesmidigt. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away, but the flat itself is in a quiet st - La Vallette was a really very successful choice of ours. We were very much pleased with its location - very near the main sights and famous restaurants. It's also very comfortable to get to the bus station from the hotel and travel about the island. Our flat with the sea view was very comfortable and homey. Our children were happy to get toy horses as a present and on the whole I should say our emotions during the holiday were extremely positive.

  We´ve stayed for 3 nights at Sally Port City Pads. It is perfectly located, just 5 minutes from the centre, but in a quiet backstreet. It’s a nice old building, but the apartment is tastefully decorated and with modern interior. Liliana (the owner) was just great. Quality and price are absolutely worth a visit. - The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus. We were given a warm welcome by the owner, Liliana who was just lovely and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time in Valletta and hope to visit Sally Port City Pads in the not too distant future.
