  Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Hotelli oli rauhallinen. Hinta laatusuhde kohdallaan. - Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. Breakfast was at main building). - Great staff and a great spot.   Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   Thank you for your kindness! Nice terrace! Kind cleaning staff . - I loved the people and their willingness to help. they were friendly and efficent and the service was personal. They do everything possible to make your stay good!! - Found buffet style breakfast very staisfactory as was the level of cleaning throughout the hotel.

  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
