  The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away. We were not informed either by email/text.I was disappointed but when we arrived in the Solana it was just as nice.Very well kept. - relaxing and warm

  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
