  I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for. As a lover of cinema I was in heaven going to the cinema just next door to the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. The room we stayed in was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. I liked also that we had WiFi free, the connection - we had a great time there. people in reception were really helpful ! room is clean, breakfast and bars are very nice as well! have to mention the spa place,wonderful experience! because it was our first to visit Malta, I would like say a thanks to Robert who works for tourist information in lobby. he gave us many good advices and even helped me booked two day tour and some dinner table.Thank you very much Robert! the 3rd day we stayed was my birthday, I didn't expect InterContinental doing a

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   The staff were fantastic all very friendly and were very helpful. The swimming pools were great and they also have a adult only pool the restaurants are great but expensive they first have me room 109 and it smelt of damp and had damp patches on ceiling,they then moved me to 519 sea view this one was better but still very old. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from all of the staff throughout the hotel, lovely, well maintained and very spacious outdoor areas, the food was excellent and there were plenty of choices in all the restaurants and bars. Guest rooms were large well equipped and spotlessly clean. I can't wait to return!

  The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.
