  Loved the location in the centre of the Old Town close to all the historical sites,buildings, shops, transport and Museums. The staff were very friendly and the room, though small, was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfasts and very good value for money. - Everything was top notch.   Our plane was 5 hours delayed. So, I would arrive at the hotel after midnight. I was worried. I phoned to the hotel in Malta, and it was just no problem. The lady even wanted to inform the company, where I had booked the transfer from the air port to the hotel. Very friendly. I did not have to worry. Our apartment had no sea view, only to the very small inner yard, but we got it for very good price, and we needed it just for sleeping and preparing and eating our breakfast.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.   The location is quiet and there is a grocery shop nearby. Great for getting around on foot and with public transport in Sliema/Balluta Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we finally say the manager on our last morning there, she was very nice, after the very unprofessional communications (regarding payment, see below) that we had received from her upon our arrival.

It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there. The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  As we were a group of friends, it seemed the right choice for us to book this hotel, and it ended up being a right decision to do so. The apartments have all the necessities one needs for a short stay having a fully functioning kitchenette and a quite suitablen bathroom. All in all it was worth the money with all these perks. - The hotel has good location from shops and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite that our room faced the swimming pool it was not noisy. The room had a kitchenette so we could cook ourselves. There are delisious burgers in Frank's tavern behind the hotel!
