  My husband I have stayed 2 nights at the Port View Guesthouse in Marsaxlokk. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The Guesthouse just opened up not to long ago, so we must have been one of the first guests in that room, actually one of the first ones at all. The rooms were spottless.   I stayed at the Sally Port self- catering apartments for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere quiet yet close to Valetta and its tourist attractions. The Sally Port Apartments in Senglea were a perfect choice for me. There are a no. of very good local restaurents close by on the Senglea waterfront. Travel to Valetta i - We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer. The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.   Customer service was second-to-none. Host and hostess very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Eve's 'special' eggs were a delight for breakfast! As the room we had was not being immediately occupied the day we left, we were afforded a late afternoon checkout to accommodate our flight times, at no extra cost - fantastic!   The location was wonderful. The villa is full of features. The villa Ta Ninu has a wonderful pool and garden area in middle of quiet surroundings, nearby the center of Xagħra. Facilities are perfect. We would stay to 100% again!
