  Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... mitä ihmiset sanovat » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme.   I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.
