Roger and Maria have a great attention to details, which we highly appreciated. You will also be able to rent a car easily through them (which I would recommend for a trip to Malta).   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price.   A true 5 star hotel! Staff were extremely nice and helpful, room (sea view) and facilities were great, and the breakfast qualified directly for my top 3 ever (and I have seen a few...). Never tried the restaurant, but expect it was good as well.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away. We were not informed either by email/text.I was disappointed but when we arrived in the Solana it was just as nice.Very well kept. - relaxing and warm
