  We have stayed several times here and always have a fantastic holiday. Last year we took my parents(dad was 80) It was their first time abroad and all the staff were so kind and helpful to them. In particular I must mention Tony & Mario who runs the mini-bus.   A true 5 star hotel! Staff were extremely nice and helpful, room (sea view) and facilities were great, and the breakfast qualified directly for my top 3 ever (and I have seen a few...). Never tried the restaurant, but expect it was good as well.   The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   It has been really relaxing and well maintained environment, it was very green, airy with wonderful views and characteristic apartments. The beach is right there and one of the best ones on the Island.
