We were made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops.   Nice renovated old house in the old neighborhood. Close to some attractions (Hypogeum + Tarxien Temples). Very friendly and talkative hosts. No problem with parking close to the property. You stay in the big family house (five children). If you prefer to have a full privacy at quiet place, this property is not for you. Roosters have ensured - Absolutely recommended! While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel. Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too.
