  The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious.   John and Dee were very accommodating and made me feel at home straight away. I arrived after midnight but was still warmly welcomed. There was a tv in the lounge/breakfast area (which was very characterful and inviting) with hot drinks facilities available. We had a small car and could explore the whole island easily. Also most of the good dive shops and dive sites are only 15min away. We definitely recommend this as the place to stay for your holiday in Malta
