  Vastaanottohenkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Asuimme pari yötä kahden hengen huoneessa, joka oli aika pieni, mutta muuten asiallinen. Meille tarjottiin lisämaksutta loppuajaksi huoneisto mitä elettä arvostimme todella paljon. Hotellissa hyvä pizzeria ja kadun toisella puolella oli iso supermarket.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. On the way back to the airport, the taxi driver told us it is the best fi - we will be going back. really enjoyed our stay staff very helpfull and friendly location exellent, good value for money. I do not understand what all the complaints about the breakfast are. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone

  We loved just about everything. The location was perfect - the food was excellent - the staff were friendly - The value was superb - the room was neat and clean - we had secure storage for valuables - - Stunning views over harbour and great location next to Valletta ferry from Sliema!   Our plane was 5 hours delayed. So, I would arrive at the hotel after midnight. I was worried. I phoned to the hotel in Malta, and it was just no problem. The lady even wanted to inform the company, where I had booked the transfer from the air port to the hotel. Very friendly. I did not have to worry.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.   We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.
