Best family holiday so far. Melleiha has the most child friendly beach in Malta, it is also one of the largest. The apartment is located in the centre of Melleiha high street and a short bus ride from the beach (€2.60 adult return) or 20 mins walk (long steep hill). The high street has all you need with regards to restraunts, gift and food shops.

We appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts, who were only too happy to help with any questions or queries, and source anything that we needed. The apartment was the best we'd stayed in. It's like a home away from home, complete with laundry, two good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It had everything we needed plus more. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough to anyone wanting superior accommodation in beachside Mellieha. We could just see the ocean from our balcon

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.

ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets).

extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely
recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our
return. Will be back!!

I was there for a week and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere, met some really nice people there too.
The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together.
Penny, the hostess, is welcoming and makes a tasty breakfast :)
Will definitely go back there next time I'm in Malta.

My boyfriend and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight.
We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.
