  We have stayed several times here and always have a fantastic holiday. Last year we took my parents(dad was 80) It was their first time abroad and all the staff were so kind and helpful to them. In particular I must mention Tony & Mario who runs the mini-bus.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. Never tried the restaurant, but expect it was good as well.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.   Very friendly staff - For the price we paid, we were very pleased with the room. Also the breakfast was good and anything that wasn't on the buffet was provided for if requested.

  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful.   The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.
