  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny.   Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful.
