  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays. I was a solo traveler who wanted to explore the whole country, and for that the location was great. I would definitively come back, I am already missing the bacon and eg

  Not having to get up at 5am to put your towels on a sun lounger - there were plenty of loungers any time of day. Good choice and variety of restaurants to eat in. Great that it had an adults only pool/pool area.   The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was great and well stocked - My boyfriend and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D

  The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away.   Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone

  We loved just about everything. The location was perfect - the food was excellent - the staff were friendly - The value was superb - the room was neat and clean - we had secure storage for valuables - - Stunning views over harbour and great location next to Valletta ferry from Sliema!   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.   We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.
