  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.   Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Excellent location. Very pleasantly surprised that the 'room' we booked turned out to be a very modern mini suite with separate lounge / k - I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays. I was a solo traveler who wanted to explore the whole country, and for that the location was great. I would definitively come back, I am already missing the bacon and eg

  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.   Very friendly staff - For the price we paid, we were very pleased with the room. Also the breakfast was good and anything that wasn't on the buffet was provided for if requested.

  The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D

  When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away. We were not informed either by email/text.I was disappointed but when we arrived in the Solana it was just as nice.Very well kept. - relaxing and warm
