Budget-friendly, clean hotel, all the time helpful staff and a 24/7 restaurant nereby with very nice food. Facilities, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning was completely ok. Bus stops and a very good supermarket are just around a 5minutes walk. I could store my luggage some hours before my original check-in time and take a walk to discover St Julians!

The Pool area on the roof was fun. The rooms were lovely clean and
fresh. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi
access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I
travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it.

The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy. Helpful staff and very clean.The spa was great! - ROOM GOOD.....LOVED THE AREA DIRECTLY IN

It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. Vastaanottohenkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Asuimme pari yötä kahden hengen huoneessa, joka oli aika pieni, mutta muuten asiallinen. The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

I was there for a week and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere, met some really nice people there too.
The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together.
Penny, the hostess, is welcoming and makes a tasty breakfast :)
Will definitely go back there next time I'm in Malta.
