  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent.   The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.
