  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  This was a great place to stay. I was recommended Palazzo Citta Valletta by a friend who had stayed there a couple of years ago. We stayed in the Garden Suite on the ground floor which opens out onto the Pallazzo's courtyard where you can dine outside if you to use your self catering facilities.   We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.   I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for. As a lover of cinema I was in heaven going to the cinema just next door to the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful.
