Set on Sliema’s seafront, Malta’s Preluna Hotel & Spa features 3 restaurants, a free gym, and a private beach. The rooftop Penthouse Lounge is open all day with entertainment in the evening. The spacious rooms have views of the city or the Mediterranean Sea. The Triton, the main restaurant with Mediterranean Sea views, is buffet style with international dishes and an open show kitchen. The other 2 specialise in Italian and Japanese cuisine. Breakfast is a generous hot and cold buffet. A free Flavours of Malta dancing evening is arranged weekly, ideal to sample Maltese foods, wines and liqueurs, and learn about the local heritage and traditions.Evening entertainment is arranged.

We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. The room was wonderful and full of air control devices. People were cooperative and helpful. I'm 32. This was a wonderful hotel. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.

Preluna Hotel and Spa offers a newly opened Wine Bar and Bistro offering great wines and Mediterranean food, a pavement café and pizzeria overlooking the sea front, a buffet restaurant with sea views and themed dinners and a lounge bar. The Skyroom Penthouse Bar has stunning views and is open all day. There is also the Venus Music Bar, the on-site club.

Preluna’s restaurants can cater for those with special diets and provide children’s menus and facilities.

Please note treatments and massages are at extra costs. The spa, gym and indoor pool are closed for maintenance work from 28 July to 06 August 2017. When booking dinner option, please note that beverages are not included with the meal. Please note: you must specify in the comments note if you wish to book dinner option also for the guest staying in the extra bed. Preluna Hotel and Spa’s private beach and swimming pool are open May to October, weather-permitting. Access to the fitness area comes at extra charge. The credit card used for prepaid reservations must be presented at check-in. If the card holder is not present, full payment will be charged on the presented card, and the prepayment will be credited back. Additional charges can be processed on a separate card.

Travelling information

By Car:
- Once you leave Malta International Airport follow the signs to Valletta for approximately 6.5 km until you see the first sign for PIETA.
- Turn left at this point and continue along Pieta Creek (Yacht Marina) until you reach MSIDA roundabout.
- From here follow the signs to SLIEMA through GZIRA.
- With Sliema Creek on your right, drive on until you reach the Strand then turn left up Tower Road until you get to the Old Fortress.
