I really dont understand some negativ reviews for this hotel. People should know: this is a 2 star hotel, but some people expect a 4 star and afterwards their complaining! Budget-friendly, clean hotel, all the time helpful staff and a 24/7 restaurant nereby with very nice food. Facilities, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning was completely ok. Bus stops and a very good supermarket are just around a 5minutes walk. I could store my luggage some hours before my original check-in time and take a walk to discover St Julians!

The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

The staff was very helpful about the touristic places in the island and the facilities around the hotel.

Staff were very accommodating, both in terms of the stay in the hostel itself and giving us advice on how to get around Malta. The location is excellent, a short walk from Sliema, St Julien's and Paceville, while the bus stop is just 50m away. There is a small general store across the road. Hostel has free internet, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an extensive kitchen. It was easy to meet fellow hostelers too, and there was a good friendly spirit around the building.

Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

I was there for a week and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere, met some really nice people there too.
The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together.
Penny, the hostess, is welcoming and makes a tasty breakfast :)
Will definitely go back there next time I'm in Malta.

and peaceful location. Couldn't really fault. Great location but
only a few minutes from the front and 10/15 mins walk to Sliema
ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets).
Nice to have large tv , dvd player and wi fi was excellent. For a few
extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely
recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our
return. Will be back!!
