It is situated in a great location, very easy to get to all the things you want to see in Malta. Apartments are new and very clean and have everything you would need if you wanted to eat meals in your room. There is a beach within walking distance and many great restaurants.   Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários - When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away. We were not informed either by email/text.I was disappointed but when we arrived in the Solana it was just as nice.Very well kept. - relaxing and warm

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is outside the tourist town of St Julian's but is easily accessible by buses 12 or 13. (You can get a bus day pass for 2.6 euros, which allows you to get on and off as many times as you like) Also, it was very quiet.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Althouth the hotel is 17 km far from Valetta the public transportations are great and you can pick a day card for 2,60 and see all the sights. Also in the lobby of the hotel the
