  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Althouth the hotel is 17 km far from Valetta the public transportations are great and you can pick a day card for 2,60 and see all the sights. Also in the lobby of the hotel the
