  Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops. Arranging airport transfers and providing facilities for visitors to freshen up prior to a late evening flight back to their destination.   The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

  We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... o que as pessoas dizem » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone

The hotel offer accommodation for a very good price in clean rooms which are also prepared for self-catering use. The inroom wifi connection is excellent. The continental breakfast is simple, but ok.   Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.
