  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price.   The price of this hotel and spa was amazing and the location couldn't be better, only a two second walk to the water. The spa was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the staff.   Mixed feelings about this hotel. First impressions were good - nice big marble lobby with comfortable lounge. Also my room, when I finally found it, was large, attractive and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. It's just that getting to it was a pain. The hotel is situated on the main road through Mellieha, making it very easy to find and, with a bus stop immediately outside, a handy base for travelling to Gozo, Valletta and Mdina.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday. We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full.
