  Hotel located at a very central spot., girl at the reception desk was really great, polite and helpful, basic, simple hotel but has everything you need.   We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more. First we got a room on the 1st floor facing to a wall, then - after realizing we don't really like it - they offered another one on the 4th floor with sea view.

  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment. Bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel. Staff very helpful.

  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. I overheard a woman complaining that the floor was dusty!! This is Malta....Last w - We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 although we were 4 people. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.

The lady even wanted to inform the company, where I had booked the transfer from the air port to the hotel. Very friendly. I did not have to worry. Our apartment had no sea view, only to the very small inner yard, but we got it for very good price, and we needed it just for sleeping and preparing and eating our breakfast.
