delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where
you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely
friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you

Fab location. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is helpfull and very friendly, perhaps like the most of Maltese people-the best people of Mediterranean I think so. Location is one of the best on Malta, famous touristic place and just 20 minutes away by bus from the best beach on Malta( Melieha of Gadira bay) The breakfast and dinner are very good. -

Location was excellent for getting around any direction in Malta. Definitely recommended for touristy people because there are so many and maybe too many tourist organizers on the other side of the road by the port selling you deals and tour packages.

It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more. Unless you are on partying trip :) -

Absolutely recommended!
While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel.
Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too.
Whenever returning to Malta we'll choose them again. Tho we don't have other experiences with accomodation in there, are sure that it just can't be better.
Besides, Tarxien is an excelle
