  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  Location 10/10 , just at the centre of Paceville, less than minute to Paceville beach another words- just could not be any better. Very clean, bed linen and towels changed daily. Efficient air conditioning. Excellent value for money.   Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back.
