  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. I overheard a woman complaining that the floor was dusty!! This is Malta....Last w - We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 although we were 4 people. It was huge very comfortable, the dinner was very good served in buffet, and was the best bugdet hotel we have ever stayed. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Althouth the hotel is 17 km far from Valetta the public transportations are great and you can pick a day card for 2,60 and see all the sights. Also in the lobby of the hotel the

  The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.

  We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... co mówią ludzie » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.   I paid for two rooms, one for my fiance and I & the other for our friends, we had a fantastic time at Hotel Milano Due. Its Has a Great Location, Friendly, English Speaking & Willing To Help Staff, Large Rooms with Air Conditioning and its Cheap. - Only there for one night but staff very friendly.
