  Nice renovated old house in the old neighborhood. Close to some attractions (Hypogeum + Tarxien Temples). Very friendly and talkative hosts. No problem with parking close to the property. You stay in the big family house (five children). If you prefer to have a full privacy at quiet place, this property is not for you. Roosters have ensured - Absolutely recommended! While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel. Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too. Whenever returning to Malta we'll choose them again. Tho we don't have other experiences with accomodation in there, are sure that it just can't be better. Besides, Tarxien is an excelle

The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together. Penny, the hostess, is welcoming and makes a tasty breakfast :) Will definitely go back there next time I'm in Malta.

  The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was great and well stocked - My boyfriend and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, all have a little balcony, the facilities are good (toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, safe) the pool area is lovely, the views over the town are nice. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. And free wifi. A great hotel :D

  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   It has been really relaxing and well maintained environment, it was very green, airy with wonderful views and characteristic apartments. The beach is right there and one of the best ones on the Island.   Location 10/10 , just at the centre of Paceville, less than minute to Paceville beach another words- just could not be any better. Very clean, bed linen and towels changed daily. Efficient air conditioning. Excellent value for money.
