The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy. Helpful staff and very clean.The spa was great! - ROOM GOOD.....LOVED THE AREA DIRECTLY IN

Staff is helpfull and very friendly, perhaps like the most of Maltese people-the best people of Mediterranean I think so. It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - If you want value when in Malta, I really recommend the Plaza Regency. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance. My stay included full breakfast.... very nice..... will be back!

The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more. Unless you are on partying trip :) -
