  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Very comfortable, modern and spacious room with excellent facilities including TV with range of channels including main English TV channels and free wifi. Hotel lobby also has Macs to use for free and a library with books you can loan. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it. Staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice and lots of choice. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served.
