  I loved this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the entertainment you could wish for.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial.
