  Hotel located at a very central spot., girl at the reception desk was really great, polite and helpful, basic, simple hotel but has everything you need.   We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. Ther... hva folk sier » e is a supermarket around the corner and the bus stop is about a 30 second walk from the hotel. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment. The wellcome... hva folk sier » package you find in the room is a nice surprise too, they provide first need goods you pay after deciding if you want it or not. - Good location. Bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel. Staff very helpful.

  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. It was huge very comfortable, the dinner was very good served in buffet, and was the best bugdet hotel we have ever stayed. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.
