We were made most welcome by owner Aldo and his team. Every question was answered in a positive way and our staff was flawless. The Villa del Porto is situated in a quiet part of the three cities and is convenient for local buses, small café/bar and several superb restaurants are a short (perhaps 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes by Aldo's taxi) away on Birgu marina

Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel.
Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too.
Whenever returning to Malta we'll choose them again. Tho we don't have other experiences with accomodation in there, are sure that it just can't be better.
