  Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee shop downstairs. Close access to sea. Access to Cafe Del Mar and Tourist Street. Good eve entertainment. Great view of sea. Complaints/repairs dealt with adequately and quickly. - We liked the friendly staff. they were excellent. From top management right down to the cleaners.
