The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen to cook in and a nice living room and garden to hang out together. Penny, the hostess, is welcoming and makes a tasty breakfast :) Will definitely go back there next time I'm in Malta.

  Struttura in posizione comoda per la zona mondana di Malta. Era il mio primo viaggio in Ostello ma sono rimansto molto soddisfatto. Aaron, Chris - Hidden gem in the sea of expensive but very basic hotels in St Julian. 1/ super friendly staff and atmosphere - huge thanks to the TEAM! Lots of things organized by the team to help the guests enjoy their stay: bbq on the roof, joint bar crowls and more 2/ convenient location - walking distane to pacevilleve night life and restaurans in the bay 3/value for money 4/ comfort beds and clean beddding 5/ safety 6/ facilities: I loved the roof terrace, free and stable wifi throughout, kitchen. I wis - when i ve arrived im was surprised because i was waited by Marc ,however I was late in the evening. it's a very nice hostel clean and cheap. I was feld good, the kitchen, the roof, the respect between the differents guests. the next time i think i will stay for a longtime. thanks a lot

  I stayed 7 nights there. great location for who want to get access to every where,entertainment specified and the sea. 100 m down bus stop which goes almoust every where on island. direck buss from airport. honestly The best hostel I ever been. Positive AURA ,great staff and great comfort. resting and tv and internet room. big and full equipment k... cosa dice la gente » itchen. 2 cooker and oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators. quiet, peaceful. lockers in rooms, great owner and international staff. Definitely recommended - Staff were very accommodating, both in terms of the stay in the hostel itself and giving us advice on how to get around Malta. The location is excellent, a short walk from Sliema, St Julien's and Paceville, while the bus stop is just 50m away. There is a small general store across the road. Hostel has free internet, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an extensive kitchen. It was easy to meet fellow hostelers too, and there was a good friendly spirit around the building.

  The Location of the Highlander was absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of st. Julians and near a busstop. Also the host was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean - Really nice hotel. Perfect position, close to the beach and to the pub/bar/disco zone. The owner is very kind. I'll come back there for sure.
